1) Return Window & Eligibility
- 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange on most items.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Returns must be authorized with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping back (see Section 6).
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or modified products showing tool marks, wiring changes, adhesive residue, or missing parts.
- Consumables/accessories sold as “final sale” or “clearance”.
- Customized/OEM-labeled items produced to order.
- Digital goods or downloadable content (if any).
- Any item returned after the return window.
3) Defective, DOA & Shipping Damage
- DOA/defective within 30 days: We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after verification. We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).
- Shipping damage: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the box, label, and product; keep all packaging for carrier inspection.
- Wrong item received: We will correct it at no cost to you.
4) Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our standard warranty is 24 months against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the product only; it does not cover improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear. For warranty service after the 30-day return window, please contact support@gzyaseen.com with your order number and a brief issue description.
5) Return Costs, Restocking & Condition
- Our error / defective / DOA: We cover return shipping (prepaid label or reimbursement per our instructions).
- Change of mind / ordered wrong model: Buyer pays return shipping. We may charge up to 10–15% restocking on opened, non-defective items to cover inspection/repackaging.
- Items returned missing parts or with damage may incur a deduction or be rejected.
6) How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email support@gzyaseen.com with your order number, product SKU, photos/video (if defective), and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- We’ll issue an RMA number and the correct return address/warehouse. (Do not send items to the showroom address without an RMA.)
- Pack safely in original packaging with all accessories; write the RMA number on the outer box. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
7) Refunds & Processing Time
- After the return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
- Exchanges ship after we receive and verify the returned item (or immediately if we approve an advance exchange).
8) International Orders
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are non-refundable.
- Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping and handling deductions.
9) Installation & Compatibility
Please verify socket types (e.g., H1/H4/H7/H8/H9/H11, 9005/9006, etc.), dimensions, and vehicle compatibility before installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, wiring, or vehicle-specific issues. If in doubt, consult a professional installer.
