Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our standard warranty is 24 months against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers repair or replacement of the product only; it does not cover improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear. For warranty service after the 30-day return window, please contact support@gzyaseen.com with your order number and a brief issue description.

6) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email support@gzyaseen.com with your order number, product SKU, photos/video (if defective), and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. We’ll issue an RMA number and the correct return address/warehouse. (Do not send items to the showroom address without an RMA.)
  3. Pack safely in original packaging with all accessories; write the RMA number on the outer box. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
